Use your points at the BodyBrite center where you’re enrolled. Points are only redeemable 24 hours after they are earned. Points are not transferable. Only one account per person; accounts cannot be combined. Points are redeemable for BodyBrite services and products only; no cash redemption. For appointments booked in advance, points are awarded when you check-in; a cancellation forfeits the points. Purchase points are awarded based on price paid, not on promotional value. Purchases made via Groupon®, LivingSocial® and other “deals” websites are rewarded with a flat number of points, regardless of price paid. Referral points are not awarded for individuals who were previously BodyBrite clients. Referral points are awarded after your referral’s first visit. For gift cards, points are awarded when the card is redeemed, not when it is purchased. Points are deducted for returns and refunds. Points are not awarded for free bonus products or services that may be part of a purchase promotion. Points expire 18 months after they’ve been earned. Please notify us within 60 days if you believe points have not been correctly awarded. You must be 18 years or older to participate; if younger, parental consent is required. We reserve the right to modify, cancel or restrict this program.
